These are my Terms of Service, they need to be agreed on upon commissioning me
not agreeing to the terms of service can void you of your commission service or refund!

How Commissioning me works!:

IMPORTANT:

- First and foremost, commissions may not be my first priority , due to currently attending college full time, so my turnaround may not be consistent, as it depends on how busy my college term is.
- ETA on average can range from 1 to 6 months- No refund can be acquired due to dissatisfaction of the time took to complete said commission if no deadlines were established beforehand.

🔎 Upon commissioning me, you must pay upfront before I can start
any of the commission process.

🔎 Refunds cannot be requested unless I have not sent any updates within the first 30 days after purchase of your commission.

🔎 Works in progress can not be sent until payment is sent through
ㅤ
🔎 For large changes, they can only be done in the sketch pass.
ㅤ
🔎 Once I have your approval for the sketch, large changes can NOT be done on any of the further stages of production. only very minimal tweaks can be done at this point unless the customer is willing to pay extra for my time.

🔎 Harassment or being rude during the commissioning process can void you of your commission or commission refund.

🔎 Once receiving said commission that is completed, a refund cannot be given.

🔎 Customers are more than welcomed to ask for updates, with that being said; I ask you to refrain from spamming for constant updates, usually when I have an update, I will reach out to the customer!🔎 Clear references for characters are required, customers with blurry, or undistinguishable reference examples might be turned down.🔎 I can and WILL deny my services to ANYONE. If I do not feel comfortable with the way you present yourself online. Whether it be because of habits of online harassment, or is associated with some sort of problematic situation or person. That also applies to conflicting political beliefs. If I become uncomfortable working with my client after accepting a commission, a refund will be issued and you will be blacklisted from my commissions.TLDR: I have the right to refuse service to ANYONE even AFTER accepting the commission._{updated 4/15/26}
